What methods of payment do you accept?
For orders to be processed immediately, we accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. You may
order CD's without a credit card, but we request prepayment. For prepayment
orders, we accept personal checks drawn on U.S. banks, and cashier’s
checks and money orders in U.S. dollars. We will gladly give you a quotation
for CD's you want to purchase, as well as shipping costs. Just e-mail

How much will my order cost including shipping?
Shipping costs vary according to the size of your order, your location,
and method of shipment. Our default method of shipment is UPS ground
delivery for domestic orders. In most cases, UPS ground shipping charges
will not exceed $7.00 for small orders. Delivery time is 1-5 business
days, depending upon your location.

How are my orders normally shipped?
Our default method of shipment is UPS ground delivery for domestic

Yes, we provide service to customers in over

What do I do if I need CD's in a hurry?
Orders are normally shipped the next business day after receiving
the order. Any RUSH orders should be phoned or FAXed to Southern Music
Company. Shipping charges for UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day
Air service are based on weight; these charges can be expensive. If
you request Next Day Air service on a Friday, please indicate if you
require Saturday delivery (which incurs an extra charge).
What happens if you are out of the CD I
need?
Although we try to maintain our stock of CD's, occasionally our stock
may become depleted before new shipments arrive. Back orders are normally
filled within one month. You will be notified if any of the items
that you have ordered are out of stock. If you do not wish for
us to back order out of stock items, you may notify us at that time.
How long do back-orders normally take?
Because we must import Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra CD's from Japan, back
orders may require as long as one month to fill.
Can I return CD's?
All purchases are on definite order and are not returnable unless
damaged or defective. Damaged or defective CD's may be exchanged at
no cost. Please call 800-284-5443 or e-mail us at returns@koseicd.com
to notify us of your damaged or defective shipment and obtain a return
authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
